Approvals

NishBot's agents do the legwork, and you make the calls that matter.

Ask first

Every new agent starts in Ask first: it checks with you before acting outside the chat. You can give a trusted agent more room later.

What always asks

Sending, paying and deleting ask every time, at every trust level. Publishing a post and placing a trade ask too.

A click is the only yes

A typed or spoken "yes", "ok" or "haan" never approves anything, and neither does a message from another agent. Approval is a click on the card in the app or in the system dialog. If you turn them on, authenticated buttons in your own chat apps count too.

What the card tells you

Each card says what will happen, to whom, and whether it can be undone. Choose Allow once, Always allow, or Deny.

Always allow expires

An "Always allow" lasts 1, 7 or 30 days, or until you revoke it. Every decision is written to a local log you can read.

Stop all

One button stops the whole team. Flows, purchases and phone sessions each have their own Stop all.

One caveat

If you set an AI engine to its own unrestricted mode outside NishBot, that engine may run tools without asking NishBot. Keep engines on their default settings.
